OUT OF POCKET
$170 for Intake Session; $120 for 45 minute; or $150 for 60 min session, $75 for 30 min session. Group $45 per session.
Consult call with prospective client or with another provider/school: $30 per 15 min (covered by insurance for Mass Health)
Other fees:
Records requests or letters: $40 flat fee per request.
No show or cancel less than 24 hours- $35 fee
(Not applicable for Mass Health plans)
United Healthcare and Mass General Brigham
accepted insurance, including Unicare, UMR.
Most United Plans and MGB plans utilize Optum for their behavioral health and I am in network with Optum.
